Small apartments available for stays of 1 year, and at a discount off our standard apartment prices. These apartments are only available to our student visa students, and have extremely limited availability. If a long-term apartment is not available at the time of your booking, we will ask you to move to a different kind of accommodation.
Though the monthly rent is significantly lower than our standard apartments, you may have to pay additional utility (water/electricity/gas) gas fees, as well as contract your own internet for the apartment separately.

No. Unfortunately, these apartments are only available to students on our 1-year visa course.
No. GenkiJACS will place you in whichever location has availability at the time of your study.
These apartments are incredibly popular and because of that their availability is quite limited. We usually recommend booking our Private Residence or Standard Private Apartment for the first 8 to 12 weeks, to begin with. You may be able to find your own accommodation at that time. You can let us know about your desire to stay there and should one become available we will make sure to let you know about it.
Private apartments generally come with a fully‐equipped kitchen, TV, washing machine and dryer. All bedding are provided, but you will need to bring your own towels and toiletries.
Depending on the property the Internet may be included, but it may be wired only, so please bring your own LAN cable, or buy/rent a cheap wifi router from GenkiJACS. If your apartment does not have an internet connection, then we would recommend renting a portable WiFi.
