Application process – Short-Term Courses

The application process…

…can sound a bit scary and it is hard to imagine how the process works.
Not to worry, we are here to explain and show you how it is done!

We are discussing only our short-term courses here, as the student visa courses tend to have a bit more steps, but we are going to discuss it in future blog posts.

Short-term courses are:

• Core Japanese Course – 20 Class hours per week. (National Holidays may affect the schedule of course). You can take this course pretty much for as long as you want.
• Special Courses – ex. Summer Course, Bildungsurlaub supported etc.
• 10-week Japanese course – basically our Core Japanese course for 10 weeks, which includes a discount!
• 20-week Japanese course – just as above but for 20 weeks.

You can also add some services and add-on courses

• Plus Conversation Classes – 4 classes per week that are focused on using Japanese. It is not available to complete beginners.
• Plus Culture Courses – 1 to 4 weeks of cultural activities taking place on Saturdays
• Private Lessons – 1 to infinity private lessons, can be added to the Core Japanese Courses or its derivatives, but it is subject to availability.

It is fairly simple and all you have to do is use the following:

Just to give you some more details:

1. Get interested in Japanese -well, we can`t help you directly. Whatever your interests are: Anime, Manga, Martial Arts, Japanese history, Samurai, Ninja, Sumo etc., the list is incredibly long, just get interested in learning the language.
2. Google us and here we are! 
3. Fill out the application form. To save you some trouble here it is: Application Form
4. We will then send you the document with the fee calculation
5. You look at it and accept it
6. We send you an invoice
7. You pay the deposit

Bish bash bosh and you are our student!

This is a simplified version of what the application process looks like, but this is it in a nutshell.
