Daily class schedule

Schedules are created on a weekly basis. You will usually receive your schedule on the previous Thursday or Friday. We can not give you the schedule earlier.

Our school has both morning and afternoon sessions. Students may have class either in the mornings or in the afternoons, and this can change on a daily or weekly basis. We are not able to guarantee specific class times (e.g. classes only in the mornings).

You will have class in blocks of 4-6 sessions at a time, depending on your course.

Public holiday schedule

For students taking short term courses, GenkiJACS does not close for long holidays. However, there are no classes on national holidays. Usually we arrange an alternate activity. If no activity will be held, students are refunded. When Monday is a national holiday, level check test and orientation for new students will be held on Tuesday.
